We offer a 14 day returns policy. If you wish to cancel your order and obtain a refund you have 14 days to notify us. The 14 day refund policy will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive you order (delivery confirmation from courier).

To be eligible for a refund your order needs to be unused, and in the same condition that it was received in complete with any tags and original packaging.

PRODUCT RETURNS

If want to return your order, email us at hello@fontainestore.com, including your order number, full name, address and the reason for the return.

Once we have received your return request we will process the request and approve the return. Once the return has been confirmed you will need to package up the order, and return it to the address below:

You will also need to print out and include the attached form to help us process the return when it’s received.

We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured service, as we cannot cover any losses for orders lost in the post when being returned.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of customer, and we cannot reimburse you for the cost of return postage.

Please note: Should Fontaine incur any postal charges upon receiving your returned goods, theses charges will be deducted from your refund or charged at time of exchange.

Once we have received your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of approval or rejection of the refund:

For approved returns we will process the refund directly to your payment card, within 14 days of the order being received by Fontaine

Please note: You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in a way other than what is considered necessary to reasonably assess the nature, characteristics, function of the product whilst its in your possesses. This also includes when the order is being returned to us through your selected postage provider.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product you will need to notify us by email within 14 days from the day on which you receive you order (delivery confirmation from courier).

Please note that you will have to incur the direct cost of returning the product as well as the delivery cost of sending the new item (£4.95)

We strongly recommend that you use a tracked & insured service, as we cannot cover any losses for orders lost in the post when being returned.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should Fontaine incur any postal charges upon receiving your returned goods, theses charges will be added to the cost of the exchange.

UK CUSTOMERS 

If you cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage you paid, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We will not refund any postage charges if you cancel after the 14 days allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or if you only cancel part of your order.
